When you go through the native title application system.it is highly possible to get EL approval within couple of days once the objections have been finalized.however the objection process will become unpredictable if it could not be finalized around 6-8 weeks. That is it might take extra months to be finalized.the data I used was based on historical applications from hundreds of cases.when you check the previous objections which were lodged by Kevin Allen and others on behalf of the Nyamal,then those cases were still pending active and not being finalized had a similar application status called direction vacated. 7 applications were lodged on 14/10/2021.two unlucky applications became “direction vacated”.hopefully we can finalize this case within next two weeks which is exactly near the date of AGM.otherwise we have to wait until FEB 2022
