The Court Hearing (been going since 1999) relates to Native Title Claim. Who owns / has access to "What" and "Why". It's currently between two tribes, the Nyamal Applicant and Palyku Applicant. Each is saying, they have an overlapping boundary, which encroaches on the others sacred or tribal ground. This also applies to Flora Fauna, Water and Species. A Future Act Objection was lodged against Eastern Iron, by the two tribes, to see what EFE has in plan for the Trigg Hill site in the future. If Lithium fails are they going to Mine for Iron Ore.

EFE is caught between a rock and hard place, they cant proceed, until the Court determines correct property boundaries and who has actual title claim. EFE can by right of law, prospect, it's within their right as a tenement holder.
