Without Yahua, EFE is a trash company IMO. Look at how their SP keep tanking since IPO, look at their website, is there anything attractive?

It doesn’t change since Eddie became Director in 2017? 2017-2021, not much good thing happened to save the SP. So I won’t bet on him.

I always believe there is some personal connection between Yahua and the Chinese background Director, or maybe top 3 shareholders to make the MOU. I really hope it will work out for us, otherwise SP may tank to 0.01 or even lower in one day, back to the dark trenches… BOD doesn’t have much skin so they may not care that much.
