The stocks you mention don't have options because they all have large market caps and have other sources of raising capital and don't have as much of a problem doing so as a small cap valued between $10-$20 do.
If EFE prove up a resource at Trigg Hill or another project, you'll find that these will be the last of the options unless management get issued options with a higher exercise price.
