These are the terms listed on the MOU announcement.
Refer to the "The JV will be established prior to the company acquiring a Lithium Project..." so I am thinking this is stated as a 'what if' for Yahua to have the option to enter but I may be reading that wrong. It does point out that all the JV really needs is the acquisition of Trigg Hill and the "definition of an initial exploration target".
The interesting part of this is the first point where it specified that Yuhua is to enter into a long-term strategic partnership which seems to indicate that even if Trigg Hill fell through they would still be on board for any and all other Lithium projects that EFE could get their hands on.
