I'm not exactly sure to be honest - I truly believe that Yahua is acting in good faith and they will align themselves with EFE but the ann around this was worded really badly IMO so I'm not going to make a call on when it could happen - my gut feel is that they're waiting for the ELA to come through first given that we expect it to come through this quarter
