The FA will determine where this goes e.g. a re-rate based on assay results
The TA gives a short term indication of price action independent of this e.g. the pull back yesterday on low volume at close is a healthy re-test of the break of 4.5c. From here it is likely to move up again in the next 1-2 days, and then will break the next resistance on volume
TA tells you when to buy and sell, but not what to buy and sell. In the end, the FA will make all the difference.
