I am wondering if a big factor holding down the CER price is the continual mention of a US double dip recession in the second half of this year? If this is a real likelihood, where would the projections for the recovery of this stock actually stand? I know there are always threats of this or that happening, but where so much debt is concerned, everyone is gun shy.
