CER came through a very hard time with no dilution and was able to roll over its debt during the toughest of times. CER continues to trade profitably and with the type of tennants it does have I believe it will continue to do so.

Market sentiment may cause the SP to fall but I doubt that we will get the opportunity to buy in as cheaply as we could one year ago. If we can then I'll buy another million. (Sorry if that is taken as a boast but a year ago they were able to be purchased for 2c and that is only going to cost $20,000.)

So either way we shouldnt worry. CER will survive. If s#^* happens buy more. If it doesn't then what we hold will be doing great.
