Like a million others last week, I joined chat gpt. I have to say I was impressed. Asking it to write a poem with sarcasm or a story or alternative lyrics to a popular song seemed easy work for it. I also asked it for a response to a customer complaint - feeding it the relevant data as to the issues - and in seconds, it came up with a letter to use. Arguably better than my more waffled version sent earlier that day. Asking it to do a 1000 word essay on a particular subject for an exam after feeding it parameters is well within its capabilities and one which concerns me with the likes of JAN's online assessments.
Would love to see what others think.
