effects of thai tensions in laos?

I'm just throwing this out there. IF Thailand fell into civil war, how would Laos be affected? What elements in Laos would feel compelled to help which elements in Thailand? Total speculation on my part....would there be any affect at all?

Secondly, on the q of whether the Cu price can continue to rise.....well, take a look at it. It is near record highs. Every time it has got near these values in the recent past, it has fallen away. Therefore, I am more of the opinion that growth in PNA is going to come from new deposits, or greater efficiency, not from further rises in the POC.
