While the NASDAQ decline is somewhat unfortunate from a timing point of view I try to see this positively;

1. The strike price won't be affected by current NASDAQ climate, it will be based on TZL fundamentals and will still show good upside to investors, therefore will receive support
2. By the time TZL lists the worst could be behind us (maybe better this happening now not in 6 months)...we could then see a real flurry of support

I don't think you need to worry so much, stocks showing good growth upside will not be sold down aggressively and when sentiment turns, watch out!
