Ive read the never ending posts on here regarding efficacy......
I believe that there are two issues here.
As I've said before. Benitec is a Gene silencing ccopany.
Tacere is a HCV company.
Benitec owns Tacere.
Efficacy for Benitec is can they silence genes effectively. The answer is yes they can. Simple.
As demonstrated by the abstract for AASLD.
Are the genes selected in the Tacere clinical trial to be silenced the right genes to effect a cure? We don't know and wont know till end of next year.
If people are waiting for efficacy results in Q4 2015, I believe you got them in the Abstract for AASLD for BENITEC, not for Tacere.
This is my belief.
