True, that. Unfortunately, I can't see that changing in the coming weeks. There will be no "material" info coming out, and the SP will continue to drift. The conference next week will be a regurgitation of the data we already know, as stated by the coy. No reason for high hopes there. I tend to think that if a partnership deal is on the table, we'll get the news of both at the same time. Management has said 2016 will be a watershed year, so I sincerely hope they intend to see this one play out. Oppie-gate has me somewhat worried, as if a low-ball T/O offer was forthcoming, it benefits management more to take it as opposed to if they had bought a chunk of shares on market. I assume they are smart enough to see that biding their time and fostering an environment in which a bidding war could ensue would be even better for them, in terms of both immediate gains and future employment prospects.
Time to start doing the maths on what I consider an acceptable/realistic partnership deal and T/O target price and the odds that one or both of these will eventuate. I won't be selling, but will I be buying more?
