The do not need any funding at present the company has near $18m in the bank , almost half the MC is in the Bank.. thats why another couple of Million through a SPP at present is redundant...

I believe we have de-risked a huge portion of our current trial, Medsafe and the DSMB must have seen "significant benefit" for the trial patients and efficacy must be bang on to continue with out change also...
