    I'm inclined to agree with Chris
    AOE need to be careful that they don't overstretch themselves - they need to keep some cash for their ongoing exploration etc
    Need Shell to step in & help its little mate
    Only PES holders would be wanting AOE to bid higher- if AOE do bid higher & win, their SP will certainly drop short term
