    The advantage that Arrow has over BG is that it is starting with 20% of the shares bought at 20-30 cents. BG bought around 10% of PES stock at $6.40.

    Thus the if Arrow matched the acquistion cost of PES to BG at the BG price of $8 AOE could bid around $9.30.
