Hmmmmm….in my business career I have seen some horrible things done on a depressing regular basis. When money is involved it changes people.
whether it was deliberate or not is known only to management at Amring. But deliberate or not the effect is the same. I am afraid Acrux has little choice but to pursue the process it does. It’s likely the agreement seeks to protect Acrux even if it concludes, but agreements are only as good as what you can enforce and Acrux is a minnow.
