    at one point some 12-14 drug companies including ACR had an ANDA for Jublia Generic. All those companies have had their ANDA's approved by the FDA. The main patent for Eficonazole was challenged in the US Court and ACR won that challenge. It's very possible the other patents that cover Jublia are not going to be infringed. Just like with ACR's Axrion, the main patent was challenged , ACR lost but the patent ACR has on the delivery system was not lost , the method that ACR uses to get the drugs to be absorbed into the skin still stands. so drug companies developed their own delivery systems. I also note that when ACR lost it's patent and drug companies had ANDA FDA approvals, Axrion was still the only product in the market for quite some time allowing ACR to build up some $20 odd million in reserves. I have often wondered who has benefited the most on the confidentially of the court settlement.
