Get a rocket under the sp and the rest will follow thru, in the interim the company will be a long time in achieving that success.

To think that the sp is irrelevant Is seriously questionable, it is a huge hurdle for the Company to overcome.
With just the last CR and the forthcoming CR it will result in a 40% dilution, 20% in shares issued and the corresponding overhang with the options.

Massive leverage for those holders that cease and become substantial holders, to sell into every pump and dictate the sp of the next CR.

And this is only just to keep the Company plodding along, in the interim the opposition is spending multiples of what Anteris is and years in front of them.

Credibility of the BOD is very average and needs to change for the better;

: Interest from third parties need to be formally announced, not alluded too.
: internal valuation of $40 plus!, yet Company being sold off for half that amount or so, sp needs to reflect that internal valuation.
: Commercialisation was said for 2025, now closer to 2028, as a mechanical device it was supposed to be quicker than developing a Vaccine.
: NASDAQ listing missing in action at this time.
: One Billion dollars plus could not buy this Company, yet the company is still selling out at levels well below that.
: For a product that is de-risked and on the cutting edge where are the Partnership overtures?

Put some substance behind the above points and the sp will reflect that, that reflection will give the leverage to the Company rather that the other way around.

Banking on upcoming milestones is precarious, WP himself said “Successful IP does not guarantee successful commercialisation’, never a more truer comment.
