Yes, finding the correct therapeutic dose is pretty basic stuff and I for one did not realise that they had not really nailed that. I thought it was a given.
Marc and Fred better get their fingers out and resolve this, as it’s perhaps the reason we have languished for so long.
Thanks for the sledgehammer SA , well said. This is after all an immune modulator and not some highly toxic chemotherapeutic poison like doxorubicin etc
