It would be good know what margin they are working on with this deal plus what some of the terms are. It essentially looks like a wholesaling deal so the margins will be very slim - the turnover is going to need to be huge and by that I mean sales purchased out of these outlets rather than the excitement of stock going into these outlets initially to stock the shelves. Then is it going to be enough to offset the major challenges the stand alone Oliver's are still experiencing to turn a profit. Technically the sell side is really starting to build again as well. Do we still have a problem Houston ? My answer is yes we do, but I guess we wait to look at some figures coming out of the next quarterlies. E.
