Yes a CR is almost a certainty I would say at some point in the future, but based on the DFS and discussions EGA has had with financiers it should be small. I have personally urged Marc to consider a SPP to raise the money so the shareholders are not diluted, but it is not a major worry for me. 3. Rothsay has been a mine before so it is not like it is virgin country. The ore doesn't contain any nasties like Arsenic so there really is no reason for the EPA to say no. In my conversation with Marc he indicated that the EPA had no problems with the mining, all the holdups are due to bureaucratic inertia - basically we are waiting for the WA gov to pull its finger out.

Thanks for your very knowledgeable reply. Guess I should study up the likelihood of a CR causing a temp dip buying opportunity, if it is in the form of a CR and notwithstanding alternate possibility of a price boosting ann instead. My guess is it is far too early to assign any value to the Karara Shear. Seems like there might be further opportunity to speak with the EGA team in a few months. regardshttps://www.resourcesrisingstars.com.au/events/gold-coast-conference
