It may well cause a dip in the SP at the time of the raise, but it will hopefully be off a much higher base than today's SP. EGA has plenty of cash in the bank right now and won't be doing any raise until after all the approvals are in and the financing is signed.

One thing that is not well known is that Marc and the team had to put a large amount of their own money into Rothsay pre the IPO. They didn't get all their shares as feebies. They are more than fully invested in the success of EGA. If EGA goes belly up I will hurt, but Marc will be in a lot of pain.

You are right that the Karara Shear is worth little at this stage, but it does point to the value of the ground EGA hold. While the current resource is not massive, there is a lot of potential to grow adding years of production at Rothsay.
