What is a real rort is that the options conversion is still at the same ratio as when the deal was first announced yet the SP of SLR has fallen considerably. The value of the options should have fallen with the EGA SP yet they are still getting the same number of SLR shares.

Has anyone been able to work out when and to whom the 4,260,696 performance rights expiring 31 July 2021 were made? I can't find anything in the 3Ys or other company announcements.
