good spot... the majority of the options are in the money, ie, the 8.25m options at 25c exercise price. As such, being itm options they should have fallen in price by a much larger percentage than the heads... makes me sick. Has even 1 EGA shareholder on here indicated they were happy with the offer?
The performance rights are wholly held by EganSt directors and staff. It says so in todays offer document. Can't find any more info.
