    None of the performance rights according to past announcements are held by anyone other than Marc and Lindsay.

    I have not had a single EGA shareholder tell me they think the offer is fair or reasonable. Even many of the SLR shareholders have told me they think the deal is unfair for (almost all) EGA shareholders.
