If your building your 60c-80c numbers based on the benefit to SLR in the future (if all goes to plan which rarely happens) i sort of understand where your coming from to a degree. However thats not how the world works, it never has and never will as that way of valuation, although nice and rosey for SH to hope for, doesn't represent your standalone value, what it represents is the approx value add for SLR if all goes well which EGA holders would receive through the 0.27. Another thing it means is that SLR can afford to pay and Offer more for EGA than some other random predator due to the geographic position and i would imagine your Directors would have known this and used it as leverage against SLR until they were happy with an offer they could sign up to, a big insto signing up also hints that taking 0.27 is a positive way forward.
Anyway, i'll go away and keep thinking about it and leave you in peace.
