There are a large number of plants within viable trucking distances. At the grade Rothsay should produce after ore sorting you could truck the ore anywhere in WA and still make money - trucking costs are on the order of 12c/km/t. At a $2200 gold price each ton of sorted Rothsay ore is supposed to contains more than $700 of gold - at 12c/km you can ship this a very long way.
Well the offer is contingent on getting 90% acceptance. SLR could make the offer unconditional if they wanted and I expect they will closer to Nov 1.
