I no sure why you are using such a large font. At the current offer price the EGA shareholders will make up less than 5% of SLR - 95% of any upside from mining Rothsay will accrue to the existing SLR shareholder.

I have no interest in how much profit SLR will make out of Rothsay - I care about how much profit the shareholders of EGA will make.

Rothsay will amount to around 30% of SLR's reserves. I think SLR can afford to pay a little more than 0.27 of a SLR share to buy EGA.
