s you really need to actually walk in the shoes of the ERA shareholders and then comment on what’s best for them. SLR shareholders continually talk about ERA holders getting diluted if they try and go alone. But they are getting massively diluted with this offer, can’t you see that?
From the outside ERA holders could sit and regroup for a time, and that’s going to hurt SLR in the long run.
Time for commonsense to prevail as the takeover looks a failure and BODs hate being made to look foolish by mums and dads and a few big holders standing their ground.
