The deal with Lion is conditional on SLR getting 38%. The whole TO is conditional on SLR getting 90% so in theory they could pull the plug and return the shares. I would think this is unlikely as any EGA shares they can pick up for 0.27 of a SLR share has got to be a great investment.
Zero EGA shareholders I have spoken to are happy with this offer.
