From the outside ERA holders could sit and regroup for a time, and that’s going to hurt SLR in the long run.
Time for commonsense to prevail as the takeover looks a failure and BODs hate being made to look foolish by mums and dads and a few big holders standing their ground.

ERA???
I am not commenting on what’s best for (you mean?) EGA shareholders.
I am only highlighting obstacles you may face if the offer is not
accepted compared to the benefit if the merger succeeds.
