    Let me guess - you are a SLR shareholder. I went through this with EXU where we had the fanbois of RMS tell us we should take the first deal that was offered. You will be shocked to learn that after the EXU shareholders said no RMS came back with a better offer.

    The first RMS offer for EXU was far superior to what SLR has offered us today.
