At the rate SLR shares are falling the 40cent offer is now under 33 cents if this keeps up the deal must collapse surely? No one in there right mind would agree to the curent price. IMO SLR is now moving lower and cound be back to around its June valuation of mid 0.80. If thats the case we would only get .216 cents. What might save us is the market revaluation of SLR.
