Sadly there is NO legal way to stop your point from happening...unless a huge number of shareholders vote against it (good luck Davisite!!) The only way for us to get out of this is for our Board to change it.s support due to a "material change in terms of offer" !! That would be acceptable to ASX & others IMO DWJD
