    Under the current share price $1.17 - the offer stands @ $0.317 a share...even then SLR is trading at a significant premium when compared with EGA...I find this statement "If the Offer is not completed the EganStreet share price may fall" utter B***.

    The share price prior to SLR takeover offer sat at $0.31 ....
