But you should remember the Dow was down about 240 points and this stock is GDN.........lol

I am sure this will look cheap around Aug 11 when it states unconditionally that the permit is approved.

Come to think of it there are no conditions just a board at the "property" letting the neighbours know they are going to dig...........lol
