I was not aware that you know this lad. Sorry. I am without such intimate knowledge of this young man and his motives. Perhaps you are a practising psychologist and he has attended your rooms and revealed his inner most thoughts, his family background, his home environment, and his list of VCE studies. Please tell me the following. Has he just enrolled for VCE Politics, by any chance? Kids who do this sometimes become pretty much puffed up with their own tiny bit of knowledge which less than a term of studying this subject has brought to their knowledge base.

    Hence the egg.

If you are indeed a trained psychologist, then you are, no doubt, aware of the work of Dr Michael Carr-Gregg, who is a specialist in adolescent behaviour. He was someone who I got to know about from my teaching, many years ago, and he is still a renown and respected professional in his area. No doubt, you have read at least a few of his published books in this area and recognise that I, indeed, am utilizing his ideas regarding children's behaviour. He knows what the research reveals in this area as I am sure you know as well, given that you think it appropriate to tell me what I should or should not do in responding to children appropriately.

Goodness me. The folk you meet on the internet...

In was an egg, Stevo. Get a life man.......

Unlike you, I don't know egg boy but I do know that 16 year old males are still immature and there is much evidence to support that viewpoint. Look at the road stats!!! It is males between 18 - 25 who are well over-represented in car accidents. The consequences of their actions far more serious than a broken egg on a head......lol
