    Are you a school boy, aged 17, only just into his Year 12 VCE year. Too young to hold a drivers' licence. Not aware of anyone suggesting that should be "flippantly laugh(ed) of(off)..."
    Nurses and ambulance officers deal with ice-effected youth on a very regular basis and abuse is quite common, particularly in the emergency departments.
