Well I guess I shouldn't be surprised that a court case decision will take longer than expected. LOL.
It looks like Alan will fight which is good news.
I have seen other companies defend their turf in takeover battles.
IMHO, the price will have to go much higher, and other big fish will be watching. Dennison, Mega, Aerva, and others.
