lol = not really too sure what eggs benedict really are - but started to look at some videos - and gave up
anyway, watso looked at some videos about cooking smoked cod in milk - and in a relevant video the guy added some cracked eggs to the milk and called them egg benedict... so watso cooked the smoked cod and also tossed in some eggs.
somewhere watso noticed that milk has lactic acid, which is a tenderizer - so watso saved the milk from cooking the cod - and is now soaking some pork chops in the solution... later on will slow cook (ie simmer on the induction cooker) the pork chops.
someone mentioned that slow cooking meat on a bed of onions is a good idea, as onions also act as a tenderizer ... mmm get a bit of a mixed reading about onions
