I made old recipe of chicken, dried apricots (chopped), French Onion soup (packet) and a can of apricot nectar. Cooked in pressure cooker. Made the mistake of putting in 10 chicken drumsticks into pressure cooker first, and everything else afterwards. Think the onion should have been put in first. The nectar seems to disappear all my apricots but lovely thick sauce happened. Some burning at the base of the pressure cooker. Will try onions on bottom, and a lower setting for p.c. Perhaps interrupt the cooking after 15 minutes to stir the pot???
Hate having to remove the burnt bits from the base of any saucepan. Pet hate!
