Very frail fundamentals and balance sheet. The strong growth in recent quarters does not reflect on the underlying return for investors. There was no dividend, cash on hand is in the negative plus a $217K working capital deficiency reflects poorly on short term health of the business.
On top of that the board has also taken a 50% pay reduction which we can expect to increase if performance increases. This is a small detail but when we have a company that only reported a $200K profit for the last reporting period we can be sure that the increased board fees will take a good chunk out of that. It is close to the historical share price peak over the last 5 years.
