eGlobal International Limited today announced that the company is currently reviewing a range of strategic alternatives to maximise value for its all shareholders.

This review has involved discussions with a number of parties which may or may not lead to an offer being made to acquire businesses that strategically fit the core business of the company in accordance with
the previously announced corporate strategy. These discussions are continuing.
