egm 2010

Hi John et al. We have decided that we really need to call an EGM asap. We will call for the EGM asap. We have nothing to lose & waiting for ASIC to act is like watching paint dry. This should have been an open & shut case for ASIC but for whatever reason they seem to be taking so long, we as shareholders cannot just simply stand by and watch our company disappear.

Details of the EGM will be forthcoming shortly. Ian will be taking a lead in this. I think he has shown real leadership in the past few months. We will get rid of Duncan. He is of no use to us or Jervois. Neither is his family. We need real leadership to make Jervois into a mining company in 2010.

Norm Seckold still holds his shares in Jervois & is by far the most preferred candidate as new Managing Director of Jervois.
