well this is my guess of what is going on
I think it all goes back to when the ex CEO greg cochran was given the boot. when he was appointed cochran made much of his joint venture experience and I think thats what he wanted to do to progress TH. he was given the axe because moriaty did and obviously still does have a go it alone attitude on TH.
I think the dissidents want a joint venture approach to TH. If that turns out to be the case I will be in the moriaty camp and not with the the dissidents (or ginger group as HK likes to call them------refer to wiki on that one!)
