    This must have something to do with the litigation but it is odd to say the least. Spending approx $250K on an EGM wouldn't be a decision taken lightly I'd have thought. Perhaps as we have suspected, someone on the opposite side of the fence has been quietly accumulating shares and has now become a 'problem'?
