I'm curious about how you all feel about the proposed issue of new shares. I'm really conflicted myself. Part of me wouldn't mind the opportunity to own more shares because I still believe the the Quickflix model "should" succeed. But the current apparent lack of momentum weighed against further dilution, has me concerned about the time required for that success, and even whether it will eventuate at all.

Let me clarify... I know there have been announcements about Windows 8, GOT, and future content plans. I've read and listened to Mr. Langsford's comments. But I say "lack of momentum" because none of things seem, as yet, to have provoked any kind of positive reaction in the market. I work in an e-business organisation, so I interact with a fair number of technically minded people. Brand awareness/opinion of QuickFlix seems to be low in my small, unscientific sample. I would really like to see some concrete evidence of a payoff for all of the current strategies.

I'm not huge on spouting my own opinions, as I'm certainly not an expert in the market, but these are just my thoughts heading into the egm. Wondering what thoughts the rest of you holders are mulling over.
