Now you same people are opposed to this one. Check out Atlas and Brockman and see how many cap raisings they have done over the past year. They are integral for the future of any business.

As for the tenements, they will become a massive thorn in the side of GWR down the track if they are not secured now. As the resource around them gets bigger, it would only give Doutch more leverage to charge more for them later on. Better to bite the bullet and sure them up now rather than wait for 200MT to be sitting around them and then have hime use that 200MT as potential unleashed value.
